Bodyworks Gym was established in 1985, taken over by the current owner Mark Forrest in 1988. Mark identified the need for a serious gym where like-minded bodybuilders, athletes and sportsmen could come to train and take their physique to the next level, whilst also catering for beginners and novices.
We have been delivering results since the takeover in 1988, due to our success we have expanded the facilities to accommodate the growth of our members. We have quadrupled in size from 4000 to 16000 square feet, the expansion enabled us to invest in a larger range of equipment and we have recently refurbished our changing and shower areas.
We have recently extended our opening ours to 24 hours a day and introduced a kitchen with an onsite chef who can cater for all dietary needs.
Bodyworks Gym has developed a great reputation, providing superb gym facilities in a friendly, welcoming, and motivated environment, and we are proud to produce some top quality champions that compete at National and International level.
Our experienced and friendly staff are always on hand to help with individual training programmes and give dietary advice.
Always fully stocked with wide range of sports supplements, including protein powders, shakes and energy snacks, and we stock a variety of sports clothing.
