When you join our Aberdeen Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, you'll experience the unique Nuffield Health 3-step gym plan which is expertly designed to help you succeed in your personal fitness objectives.
The process starts with our unique 12-point Health MOT from which you'll obtain your 'health score'. You'll then undertake a personalised gym programme for 3 months before having another Health MOT - if you have not maintained or improved your score you're free to leave with no obligation.
