PREPARATION
1. Add 150ml of water to the quinoa and bring to the boil.
2. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Remove from the hob and place to one side.
4. Blend the milk, quinoa, sweetener, vanilla essence, and strawberries until they are completely smooth.
5. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!
