PREPARATION
1. Cut apples in half crosswise.
2. Using a melon baller, remove cores creating a well in each apple half.
3. Arrange apples, cut sides up, in a 1 1/2-quart square baking dish.
4. In a small bowl combine powdered peanut butter, cream cheese, and milk.
5. Spoon into the center of each apple.
6. Top with cereal.
7. Cover dish with vented plastic wrap.
8. Microwave on high (100%) power for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until apples are heated through.
9. Drizzle with honey.
