PREPARATION

Cut apples in half crosswise.
|

Using a melon baller, remove cores creating a well in each apple half.

Arrange apples, cut sides up, in a 1 1/2-quart square baking dish.

In a small bowl combine powdered peanut butter, cream cheese, and milk.

Spoon into the center of each apple.
|
|
6.
|
Top with cereal.
|
|
7.
|
Cover dish with vented plastic wrap.
|
|
8.
|
Microwave on high (100%) power for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until apples are heated through.

Drizzle with honey.
