PREPARATION

Heat 4 tablespoon olive oil in skillet over medium heat

Add chicken (seasoned with salt & pepper) and cook for roughly 5 minutes per side.

Remove chicken and set aside, covered.
|

Add your onion and cook until slightly carmelized.

Add peppers and minced garlic and stir together.
|
|

Add chicken to the onions and peppers and allow flavours to combine.

Add the juice of 1 lime.
|

Stir in cilantro.
