PREPARATION
1. Heat 4 tablespoon olive oil in skillet over medium heat
2. Add chicken (seasoned with salt & pepper) and cook for roughly 5 minutes per side.
3. Remove chicken and set aside, covered.
4. Add your onion and cook until slightly carmelized.
5. Add peppers and minced garlic and stir together.
6. Add chicken to the onions and peppers and allow flavours to combine.
7. Add the juice of 1 lime.
8. Stir in cilantro.
