PREPARATION
1. In a small saucepan heat chocolate pieces and butterscotch-flavored pieces over low heat until melted and smooth, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in half-and-half until smooth.
3. Stir in the 1 cup peanuts.
4. Immediately spoon peanut mixture into phyllo shells, using about 2 teaspoons per shell.
5. Before mixture is set, sprinkle with finely chopped peanuts and, if desired, flaked sea salt.
6. Let stand about 15 minutes or until set.
