I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and have been since 2016 when I plucked up the courage to leave my desk job and pursue my passion for fitness - I’ve never looked back!

I have a degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Liverpool and have worked within the medical world so have a solid foundation on which to build my Personal Training career. But knowledge only gets you so far, having empathy and an understanding of clients and what makes them tick is how you get results.

I very often get asked “what is Personal Training”. It is what you need it to be, it’s tailored to the individual. One thing it isn’t is killing someone on a treadmill. I’m all about working smarter not harder, getting the best possible results in the most time efficient way - whilst educating and having fun! If your heads not happy, your body won’t do it. I train using the same principles that I use with clients so I know that it works. It’s realistic and fits into busy life’s.

Initially I discuss what an individuals goals are and we agree a level of commitment required. It’s all about the individual, I just give the tools required. Following on from the initial consultation, nutrition would be covered. This is an essential part of the process - and generally a pleasantly surprising one. No lettuces leaves and starvation required! Then it’s onto the good stuff and into the gym - where the journey begins!

I can’t emphasise enough the positive effects of exercise - not just how you look, but how you feel. I know how much exercise have improved my life. It’s now my mission to helps others discover it also.
