Sage Or Spice Of Choice

1/2 tablespooons

PREPARATION
1. Whisk Eggs for 30 seconds.
2. Season with Salt, Pepper, & Sage.
3. Whisk one more time lightly & set aside.
4. Add all the prepped Veggies to the Frittata mixture & whisk lightly.
5. Heat an oven safe pan on medium low heat & turn the oven on to Broil on low.
6. Drizzle Oil on the hot pan & pour Frittata mixture making sure to spread the Veggies evenly.
7. Allow it to cook for about 4-5 minutes or until the edges are set when a spatula is the though it.
8. Place in the oven to finish cooking for about 1 minute.
9. Remove from oven, drizzle with Cheese of choice, & serve.
