PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, chili flakes and sriracha.
2. Add chicken and toss to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
4. Soak your skewers for at least 30 minutes before building your kebabs.
5. Using two skewers per kebab, alternate chicken, pineapple, bell pepper and onions.
6. Discard marinade.
7. Grill on medium heat until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees farenheit.
8. Enjoy!
