PREPARATION
Cabbage Mix:
1. Pour Shredded Cabbage into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add Olive Oil, Onions, Cilantro, Kosher Salt, and Lime Juice.
3. Mix until consistent.
Halibut:
1. Combine Smoked Paprika, Kosher Salt, Dry Mustard, Cayenne, Cumin, and Ground Oregano.
2. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over top side of Halibut; coat evenly.
3. Place Halibut, seasoned side down, in frying pan over medium heat.
4. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over other side of Halibut; coat evenly.
5. Flip Halibut after approximately 3 minutes, or until seared.
6. - Squeeze 1/2 a Lime over Halibut.
7. Flip Halibut again after approximately 3 minutes, or until seared.
8. Cook each side for another 2-3 minutes each, or until Halibut is opaque and flaky.
Tacos:
1. Place 2 oz. (approximately 1/4 of one filet) of Halibut in the center of a Corn Tortilla (crisp Tortilla over an oven burner if desired).
2. Place small handful of Cabbage Mix over Halibut.
3. Top with slice of Avocado.
4. Serve & enjoy!
